Block Rogue is a great Sokoban puzzle game in a retro style that reminded me of the original NES Legend of Zelda. I didn't know what "Sokoban" was either, so I looked it up for you: it is a type of transport puzzle, in which the player pushes boxes or crates around in a warehouse, trying to get them to storage locations. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sokoban. The app also has a story mode, which requires more reading than young players can handle but ads another level of enjoyement to the game.
The controls aren't great and require a ton of swiping to get your character around. Some complaints about it being too easy, but I thougth there was a nice challenge range as you got past level 15.
