- Help, I used the default unlock pattern and I can't remember it!
- You can view the default unlock pattern here. You start drawing from the top left corner.
- Help, I forgot my custom unlock pattern!
- If you enter an
incorrect unlock pattern a few times, you'll see a button that
says, "Help! I forgot by unlock pattern!" Clicking this button
will prompt you for your email address. Once you enter that,
you can reset your unlock pattern.
- Help, when I press Home, it always prompts me to set the
default action!
- We recommend you set the Sandbox as the
default action for your Home button. The next time this prompt
appears, click the 'Use as Default' checkbox and then select
the Sandbox. You shouldn't be prompted for this anymore!
- Help, my kids can exit the Sandbox by rebooting my phone!
- Open the Sandbox, and enter your unlock pattern to access
Parent Mode. Click the Menu button and then select Preferences.
Check the Security Strength setting to restart the Sandbox on
the reboot of your phone.
- Help, my kids can exit the Sandbox by clicking on an ad
in a game!
- Open the Sandbox, and enter your unlock
pattern to access Parent Mode. Click the Menu button and then
select Preferences. Check Ad Guard, as well as Disable In-App
Purchase and Disable Social Gaming.
